As a highly sensitive person, I tend to quietly observe and feel the world around me. Because verbal communication doesn't come easily to me, I’ve chosen to converse with nature instead. Through field recording, I find a way to connect with the outside world. For me, recording is not merely about capturing sound—it is a journey of the soul. It is a process of searching for inner soundscapes, a way of returning—through listening—to a tranquil moment in memory.

The name of this website, “Zikade,” is the German word for “cicada.” The sound of cicadas in summer evokes a deep sense of nostalgia for me.
